Unless FISHEYE TRAVEL advises otherwise in its sole discretion, the below terms and policies will apply.

Payment Terms
When you reserve a tour with us, if space is still available, we will email you a payment link to make the required deposit and secure your slots. You can pay by credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or JCB. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of the tour.

In addition to credit card payments, we may also accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer. Please note that additional payment gateway or transaction fees may apply.

It is important to make the payment by the specified due date to secure your booking. If payment is not received by the due date, your booking will be automatically released and the requested slots may no longer be available. Please ensure that payment is made on time to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel the tour, you have the option to receive a full refund of your deposit payment (excluding any credit card, PayPal service charge, or bank fees) or reschedule the tour (subject to availability) as long as we receive your written cancellation request via email at least 7 days or more before the tour date.

No-show Policy
Failure to show up on time for your scheduled tour will result in the forfeiture of any and all payments made. In the case of any members within your group not showing up, the remaining balance will still be collected from your group.
