PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless FISHEYE TRAVEL advises otherwise in its sole discretion, the below payment terms and cancellation policies will apply.

Payment Terms
Upon confirming the booking request, FISHEYE TRAVEL will send you an online payment link to make a deposit or full payment via Visa, Master Card, JCB Card. In the case, the payment is not made by the due date, your booking will be automatically released.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by FISHEYE TRAVEL.

• Cancellation 7 days and more before the departure date: 100% of the payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation between 3 and 6 days before the departure date: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation within 2 days before the departure date: The payment won’t be refunded.
