Unless FISHEYE TRAVEL advises otherwise in its sole discretion, the below terms and policies will apply.
When you reserve a tour with us, if space is still available, we will email you a payment link where you will make a deposit and reserve your slots using credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB Card. On the day of the tour, you will pay the remaining balance in cash. In addition to credit card payments, we may also accept payments made through PayPal or bank transfer.
It is important to make the payment by the specified due date to secure your booking. If the payment is not made by the due date, your booking will be automatically released and may no longer be available. Please ensure timely payment to guarantee your reservation.
If you decide to cancel the tour, you have the option to receive a full refund of your deposit payment (excluding any credit card, PayPal service charge, or bank fees) or reschedule the tour (subject to availability) as long as we receive your written cancellation request via email at least 7 days or more before the tour date.
Failure to show up on time for your scheduled tour will result in the forfeiture of any and all payments made. In the case of any members within your group not showing up, the remaining balance will still be collected from your group.
