Mekong Delta is the region in southwest of Vietnam where the mighty Mekong River approaches and empties into the sea through a network of distributaries. With a system of fertile soil and dense rivers and canals, the Mekong Delta is the agricultural heart of southern Vietnam and also one of the most important fishing regions in all of Vietnam.

Escaping hustle and bustle of the city, go to the Mekong Delta is an ideal option to explore a quieter side of Vietnamese life and understand what real-life is like in the Mekong. The hospitality and the simplicity of local people will definitely make your trip even more enjoyable.

The Cu Chi Tunnels are an amazing piece of Vietnamese history, especially being one of the most important remnants of the war era. Located 50 kilometers northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, this historical site is an elaborate underground network made up of 250km of tunnels and chambers in the town of Cu Chi.

Visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels, you will get to see first-hand and up close how the Vietnamese soldiers fought for the country’s reunification. Furthermore, you will have a chance to experience going through a real tunnel, get a deep insight how the Vietnamese survived living inside the tunnels for years and understand their high-levelled determination and undaunted fighting spirit despite the carpet-bombings and tanks.
