Sensational Day

Exceptional & authentic tour. Saw no other tourists in the delta morning - just wonderful. Our guide Dan was fantastic. So knowledgeable & kind. The speedboat was great. Very cool, lovely breakast of pastries, fruits, biscuits & water on board. Stopped at a local village market which was fascinating, a family home, canoe ride and an absolutely brilliant electric scooter ride through villages and paddy fields. Stopped at a church, shrimp farm and rice wine making home for drinks & snacks. So interesting. Lunch stop was a great Vietnames banquet and then the afternoon was spent visiting the tunnels. It wasn't busy so we had lots of time to explore without ever waiting. Dan brought everything to life for us. The tunnels are VERY doable and not at all claustrophobic as some have said. Made much bigger for tourists. Could not recommend Fisheye or Danmore highly. One of the best tours we have ever done anywhere in the world.

Fantastic Family Day Trip

This was a fantastic tour that the whole family enjoyed ( 2 Adults & 2 teens) The speed boat was a really lovely way to get to the tunnels and we arrived ahead of the big tour buses. JP, our tour guide, was very informative and also took family pictures and offered advice on other activities in Ho Chi Minh. Lunch was fab & we were back in Ho Chi Minh by 2 so plenty of time for sightseeing.

Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels by speedboat

We did the full day Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels by speedboat trip. It was a brilliant day. We went to the Mekong Delta, visiting a local market and spending time with three different local families. We got to go on a sampan, ride electric scooters to a shrimp farm and taste rice wine. Our guide JP was very knowledgeable and told us a lot of interesting facts about the places we visited and the history of Vietnam. We had lunch at a lovely restaurant on the river and then spent the afternoon exploring the Cu Chi tunnels. The speedboat was great and much better than sitting in a car or bus all day. Thoroughly recommend, well worth the money.

Amazing Mekong cruise with Mr T

We had a lovely half day cruise of the Mekong with Mr T and another family. Mr T was fantastic in terms of his knowledge, his English, and sharing his experiences. Travelling on the speedboat was a perfect way to travel and avoid the heat and waiting in traffic. All of the experiences were worthwhile including the visit to a local market, tea at a local family house, and even the church was interesting. We particularly enjoyed the sampan ride and riding through the rice fields on the electric scooters.

Fantastic Day!

I saw Fisheye Travel speed boat tour comment on a Facebook thread for Vietnam travellers. I reached out and immediately booked with them. We did the half day tour to The Cu Chi tunnels and afternoon to the Mekong Delta. From the moment I contacted them the communication was prompt and no question was a bother. We are picked up on time by Qui our guide for the day. Easy transfer to get on our speedboat. Fruit, fresh pastries, ice cold water and snacks were on board. The boat ride up the Saigon River gives you a unique view of the city, without the traffic! The Cu Chi tunnels was great with our guide talking us through and taking us throughout. A small part of history and a story that needs to be told! Back on the boat to have a fanatic lunch at a great local restaurant. Food was amazing! The afternoon up to the Mekong Delta was honestly a highlight of the day. Visiting a small village this is the real Mekong Delta experience. Everyone was so friendly and we were met with smiles all round. A quick Scooter around the village and a Sampan boat ride for good measure. I honestly highly recommend this tour and tour company. Highly professional, value for money and an absolutely faultless day!
