SAIGON RIVER SIGHTSEEING BY SPEEDBOAT
Embark on a speedboat heading towards Mekong Delta, this water journey provides a glimpse of the changing landscape of Vietnam from the glittering skyscrapers and busy commercial centers to peaceful rural life along the riverbank.
When sitting on board, a light breakfast of croissant, fresh tropical fruits and mineral water are served. Along the way, you can enjoy the fresh air and get a chance to see many small villages, fishing boats and lush vegetation. Besides, lots of information about the daily life of local people on the riverside and natural environment will be provided by a tour guide via wireless headset tour guide devices.
Mekong Delta is the region in southwest of Vietnam where the mighty Mekong River approaches and empties into the sea through a network of distributaries. With a system of fertile soil and dense rivers and canals, the Mekong Delta is the agricultural heart of southern Vietnam and also one of the most important fishing regions in all of Vietnam.
Escaping hustle and bustle of the city, a day on the Mekong Delta is an ideal option to explore a quieter side of Vietnamese life and understand what real-life is like in the Mekong. The hospitality and the simplicity of local people will definitely make your trip even more enjoyable.
